It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our founder, Rudy Salem. Rudy passed away Friday, November 5th 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
Rudy was deeply loved by his family, friends and members of the community. Rudy Salem originally founded Aventure Staffing in 1983 as Rudy Salem Employment Agency. He was an extraordinarily smart and accomplished entrepreneur who built a company that still represents and practices the same principles Aventure was founded on 38 years ago. His exceptional work ethic, long-term commitment to his clients and employees, and unwavering desire to always do the right thing were an integral part to both his personal and the company’s success. He was truly one of a kind.
We are dedicated to carrying on his legacy and founding principles of our company. Rudy Salem believed in straightforward conversations and “…being honest with people and treating them like they are the most important people in the world.” That is the mindset that will continue to drive Aventure Staffing in our commitment to treating each employee and client like a part of our family.
