We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify.
