[Working with Aventure]…gives Timewell Drainage Products another source, to select qualified candidates from. It allows us more time to focus on production, with the comfort of knowing Aventure Staffing is working on our labor force needs. With it becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of our company it is nice to know there are people like the staff at Aventure, whom really do care about their clients.

We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. We never had to worry about them sending resumes that were a waste of time in reviewing. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify. We ended up hiring one of their candidates on full time as she absolutely hit the mark in all areas. We are so pleased with the service that Aventure Staffing provided. They were quick to respond to any questions that came up, they were always professional and very easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing to fill a position for any area of expertise.

Using Aventure Staffing takes some of the fears and question marks away from hiring. You know the candidates have already been pre-screened. You get to “test” the candidate out and if they work out, great. If they don’t, Aventure is there for support. Another benefit to using Aventure is the time it saves. You can continue with your busy routine while they search and screen candidates for you. They usually get candidates to you within a day or two.

Staff is efficient, helpful, and understands our needs.

Staffing agencies are another avenue to find employees for job openings when the applicants are not coming in our door. Aventure seems to find qualified applicants to fill positions. Aventure does the first layer of applicant screening so we only see those qualified for our job openings. We have received several permanent employees by working temp to hire.

…shortly after working with Aventure, I realized that they have our best intentions at heart and their staff is very accommodating. They take the time to find out what you and your company is all about and then molds itself to fit your needs. Aventure is nearly everywhere we are. If not, they have still been.

I have had the opportunity to have 3 temporary assignments from Aventure Staffing. Each time the candidates were easily trained and filled in the job duties extremely well. All 3 were personable and fit in the group nicely.

[Aventure] has been beneficial in getting the necessary staff to complete the tasks at hand. When they have been unable to they have a problem solving meeting with us to get the solutions.
