Working with Aventure Staffing has been phenomenal. I appreciate how well they communicate. Their response time is quick, and their messages are clear and concise. I recently asked for 5 positions to be filled within a short time frame, and Briley let me know within a couple of days that she had 5 candidates ready to start. I appreciate their swift work and diligence in helping with our staffing needs. I am impressed with the rollover success percentage.

After spending several hours going over resumes with 95% of them not qualified. I called Paula and asked her to take over the task. It proved to be the right decision. Within days she had prescreened applicants and set up interviews for me. I was able to hire an administrative assistant and she is working out well.

Using Aventure Staffing takes some of the fears and question marks away from hiring. You know the candidates have already been pre-screened. You get to “test” the candidate out and if they work out, great. If they don’t, Aventure is there for support. Another benefit to using Aventure is the time it saves. You can continue with your busy routine while they search and screen candidates for you. They usually get candidates to you within a day or two.

Staffing agencies are another avenue to find employees for job openings when the applicants are not coming in our door. Aventure seems to find qualified applicants to fill positions. Aventure does the first layer of applicant screening so we only see those qualified for our job openings. We have received several permanent employees by working temp to hire.
