[Before working with Aventure], I believed that the cost of a temp employee would be so high that we would almost be better off hiring a FTE …the cost is quite appropriate and has allowed us to actually benefit from this service. The staff has been easy to work with and the CNA that was sent to work for us has been AMAZING!

We were unsuccessful 2 times using a staff firm, therefore I was very cautious. [However,] we hired a friendly, bilingual [employee] who is working out well in our office. She is a friendly face at the front desk and a nice voice on the telephone.

…shortly after working with Aventure, I realized that they have our best intentions at heart and their staff is very accommodating. They take the time to find out what you and your company is all about and then molds itself to fit your needs. Aventure is nearly everywhere we are. If not, they have still been.

After spending several hours going over resumes with 95% of them not qualified. I called Paula and asked her to take over the task. It proved to be the right decision. Within days she had prescreened applicants and set up interviews for me. I was able to hire an administrative assistant and she is working out well.

It allows us more time to focus on production, with the comfort of knowing Aventure Staffing is working on our labor force needs. With it becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of our company it is nice to know there are people like the staff at Aventure, whom really do care about their clients.

Aventure has provided me with some very high quality individuals. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. …by using Aventure I was able to keep my welders welding. This obviously improved our efficacy and helped keep lead times to our customers down.
