Founded in 1983 as the Rudy Salem Employment Agency, Aventure Staffing changed its name in 2007 and has grown to nine Midwest locations throughout Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota. Our founder, Rudy Salem, believed in honesty, straightforward conversations and “treating people like they are the most important people in the world.”
