For the fourth year in a row, Aventure Staffing has been honored by The Des Moines Register as an Iowa Top Workplace. The Top Workplace list is solely based on employee feedback that measures several aspects of workplace culture, including: alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.  The anonymous survey is gathered by third-party research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

Aventure Staffing ranked 18 out of 65 in the Small Business category in this year’s Iowa Top Workplaces list, and took 4th place out of 15 in the Services Sector of the list.“For the fourth year in a row, our amazing staff have provided feedback that has allowed Aventure Staffing to receive this wonderful award.” said Stacia Lenz, COO of Aventure Staffing. “The dedication and commitment of our staff is unmatched, and we are honored to have such a dynamic group of individuals working for Aventure.”

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.  Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage.”
