Italian Potato Recipe

• 5 Potatoes
• 1 Stick of Butter
• 2 Packets Dry Italian Dressing
Clean and slice potatoes into thin spears (skins on), then place in pan. Melt butter in microwaveable bowl, then mix in Italian dressing. Generously pour butter mixture over potatoes and place into a 400 degree oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Can cook ahead of time and place into a crock-pot on warm for gatherings.
