INGREDIENTS
• 1-2 lbs of Ground Beef
• 1 Large Jar Spaghetti Sauce
• 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
• 8 oz Penne Pasta
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
• 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
** Can add Pepperonis and/or Black Olives**
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef and drain, stir in Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce, simmer for 10 minutes. Cook Pasta as directed and drain. Place Pasta in 9X13 greased pan. Combine Sour Cream, Cream Cheese and Parmesan. Spread over Pasta. Next, spread Meat mixture on top. Load on the Mozzarella. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (KID APPROVED) 🙂
