In a close competition, Aventure Staffing’s 2023 Branch of the Year is awarded to Sheldon.

Being Branch of the Year is a significant achievement, especially for first-year Branch Manager Katie. She attributes her success to teamwork: “Nothing is possible if you do not put the work together as a TEAM. I trust my team, inspire with enthusiasm and make my team feel valued. “

The Sheldon team has taken the branch to the next level by providing exemplary customer service to its clients and treating applicants and employees like family. The staff care about what they do and clients trust them because they know they’ll be treated with great care and professionalism.

Katie, Sheldon’s Branch Manager, emphasizes their commitment to aiding local communities and earning client trust. ” We have a very big task to deliver everyday which is helping our local communities with employment and earning our clients trust so they can count on us to bring them the right candidates with a quick turn around”

While taking this responsibility seriously, they find joy in the process. “Each one of us enjoy the work we are doing because we know we are making a difference and influencing people to be their best,” Katie states. “In my leadership I live by the rule, JFDI, which stands for Just Focus and Do it, and that is what we do together, as a team, everyday.” 

Regional Manager Jennifer Grant, Branch Manager Katie Loger, and Employment Specialists Martha Suarez and Dustin Garner have truly raised the bar in 2024 and set the standard for the service that every individual and business should receive from staffing agencies.
