I like working with the friendly, upbeat staff at Aventure. I trust they are on top of my requests, whether I’m looking for a temp or need help filling a full-time position. [Working with Aventure]…gives Timewell Drainage Products another source, to select qualified candidates from. It allows us more time to focus on production, with the comfort of knowing Aventure Staffing is working on our labor force needs. With it becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of our company it is nice to know there are people like the staff at Aventure, whom really do care about their clients.
After spending several hours going over resumes with 95% of them not qualified. I called Paula and asked her to take over the task. It proved to be the right decision. Within days she had prescreened applicants and set up interviews for me. I was able to hire an administrative assistant and she is working out well.
