The service is great and the people are friendly. We are fully staffed so they’re keeping up with our growing business. We have been provided highly qualified individuals and most of them roll over as our employee[s]

We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. We never had to worry about them sending resumes that were a waste of time in reviewing. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify. [Working with Aventure]…gives Timewell Drainage Products another source, to select qualified candidates from. It allows us more time to focus on production, with the comfort of knowing Aventure Staffing is working on our labor force needs. With it becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of our company it is nice to know there are people like the staff at Aventure, whom really do care about their clients.
