We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. We never had to worry about them sending resumes that were a waste of time in reviewing. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify. We ended up hiring one of their candidates on full time as she absolutely hit the mark in all areas. We are so pleased with the service that Aventure Staffing provided. Aventure does the first layer of applicant screening so we only see those qualified for our job openings. We have received several permanent employees by working temp to hire.
