I like working with the friendly, upbeat staff at Aventure. I trust they are on top of my requests, whether I’m looking for a temp or need help filling a full-time position. I’ve worked with them for six years and appreciate prompt follow-up responses from the reps I work with. I feel I’ve developed a great working relationship with this company.

[Before working with Aventure], I believed that the cost of a temp employee would be so high that we would almost be better off hiring a FTE …the cost is quite appropriate and has allowed us to actually benefit from this service. The staff has been easy to work with and the CNA that was sent to work for us has been AMAZING!

[Working with Aventure]…gives Timewell Drainage Products another source, to select qualified candidates from. It allows us more time to focus on production, with the comfort of knowing Aventure Staffing is working on our labor force needs. With it becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of our company it is nice to know there are people like the staff at Aventure, whom really do care about their clients.

Staff is efficient, helpful, and understands our needs.

We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. We never had to worry about them sending resumes that were a waste of time in reviewing. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify. We ended up hiring one of their candidates on full time as she absolutely hit the mark in all areas. We are so pleased with the service that Aventure Staffing provided.
