Finding good staff is hard! Having Aventure filter through all the resumes & find the ones that best fit us has saved us so much time & made the hiring process easier! Aventure Staffing provides professional, friendly service. They take the time to really understand your staffing needs. They are timely and have excellent communication and follow through. They take time to build a relationship with you and that allows them to serve your company even better.
We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. We never had to worry about them sending resumes that were a waste of time in reviewing. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify. We ended up hiring one of their candidates on full time as she absolutely hit the mark in all areas. We are so pleased with the service that Aventure Staffing provided. They were quick to respond to any questions that came up, they were always professional and very easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing to fill a position for any area of expertise.
Aventure has provided me with some very high quality individuals. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. …by using Aventure I was able to keep my welders welding. This obviously improved our efficacy and helped keep lead times to our customers down.
I have had the opportunity to have 3 temporary assignments from Aventure Staffing. Each time the candidates were easily trained and filled in the job duties extremely well. All 3 were personable and fit in the group nicely.
