We have counted on them [Aventure] to fill our clerical, industrial and professional staffing needs. Our experience has been that Aventure provides excellent customer service and they certainly earn a favorable recommendation from us.
We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. We never had to worry about them sending resumes that were a waste of time in reviewing. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify. We ended up hiring one of their candidates on full time as she absolutely hit the mark in all areas. We are so pleased with the service that Aventure Staffing provided. They were quick to respond to any questions that came up, they were always professional and very easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing to fill a position for any area of expertise.
