After spending several hours going over resumes with 95% of them not qualified. I called Paula and asked her to take over the task. It proved to be the right decision. Within days she had prescreened applicants and set up interviews for me. I was able to hire an administrative assistant and she is working out well.
We were unsuccessful 2 times using a staff firm, therefore I was very cautious. [However,] we hired a friendly, bilingual [employee] who is working out well in our office. She is a friendly face at the front desk and a nice voice on the telephone.

We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. Instead of bombarding us with resumes of potential candidates that were obviously not qualified, they sent candidates that they knew would qualify. We ended up hiring one of their candidates on full time as she absolutely hit the mark in all areas. We are so pleased with the service that Aventure Staffing provided. They were quick to respond to any questions that came up, they were always professional and very easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing to fill a position for any area of expertise.
