Our advanced screening processes and outstanding customer service ensure that you, our client, are working with skilled employees who will make a positive impact within your organization.

Screening Process

Our reputation for quality staffing is firmly established by our stringent hiring standards. All applicants submit to an extensive employee screening process:

  • A Detailed Application
  • Extensive Interview & Assessments. After an application is completed, each candidate is screened in a one-on-one interview with an experienced Aventure Staffing Employment Specialist.
    • Depending on applicant type, we may conduct additional assessments to fully understand a candidate's skill-sets.
  • Aventure Orientation. In a follow-up orientation, an Aventure Representative reviews our handbook, which includes Aventure policies, procedures and benefits. The candidate also completes a general safety orientation to understand safety items, such as proper lifting techniques & the importance of PPE.
  • Background Checks. Currently, Aventure uses EZ Screen for background checks when requested by the client company.
  • Drug Screening. All Aventure staff members are certified to perform drug tests according to state regulations. We provide a variety of tests ranging from a 4-panel to 10-panel drug screen. If screening results are suspect, a secondary test is submitted to a lab for a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to assess. Drug screening is only performed when requested by the client company.
  • E-Verify. All candidates are sent through the E-Verify to verify that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Site-Specific Orientations. Aventure offers site-specific orientations. Candidates are sent through specific paperwork or videos at the request of the client company.
