Let us help you find your next job. For free!

We get it. Just looking for a job can feel like full-time job.

Don’t leave your career to the results of an Internet search. Leave it to the experts: Aventure Staffing

Utilizing Aventure Staffing's free job seeker services means that you'll receive great advice, insight into industry trends, and a tailored list of job opportunities. It’s a big part of what we do, and the best part is—it’s FREE to you!

When looking for a new job, whether it’s for the first time or the fourth time, there are often more questions than answers. We’d like to take a moment to address the “How?” of our Aventure hiring process so that it makes the “when?” and “what?” questions easier to answer.

  • APPLICATION:
It all starts with our application, which can be filled out online from the comfort of your own home or by using one of the kiosks at each of our locations.
  • INTERVIEW:
Once your application has been reviewed, an interview may be scheduled with one of our experienced Employment Specialists. The interview is when we get to know you: your experience, skills, and work requirements.  (The more we know about you, the better we can match you with the job that fits YOU!)
  • ASSESSMENTS:
Aventure’s assessments are designed to provide insight into your qualifications and skills. These assessments allow us to properly place you into a position in which you will succeed. An Employment Specialist will let you know if an assessment is needed based on the type of occupation you are seeking. Additional assessments may be required based on a job offer through a particular client.
  • JOB OFFER:
When a position with a client company becomes available that you are qualified for, a job offer is made. Our Employment Specialists will explain everything the details of the position: type of job (temporary, trial hire, contract, etc.), job duties, wage, hours, dress code and any other pertinent information about the job. Be sure to ask questions so you can make an informed decision when accepting or declining a job.
  • ORIENTATION:
Because you will be an employee of Aventure when working at a client company, participating in Aventure’s orientation is needed. Orientation gives you all the tools to be successful at your new job, including safety requirements, information about timecards, paydays, benefits and necessary procedures from Aventure and the client company for its’ employees. All required state and federal paperwork is completed at this time.

Save yourself stress, time, and endless searching. Let’s get started.  Call us or start by filling out our online application.
