Direct Hire Placement

Trial Hire Program

Our Trial Hire Program allows your company to evaluate an employee’s performance prior to making a final hiring decision. You have the opportunity to determine whether an employee will match your corporate culture as well as meet the expectations of the job.

Aventure utilizes an advanced screening program to select highly qualified candidates for our clients. We partner with our clients to establish an appropriate timeframe for the Trial Hire Program.

That’s why we have spent so much time developing our screening process and partnered it with an effective retention program. Our advanced screening processes and outstanding customer service ensure that you, our client, are working with skilled employees who will make a positive impact within your organization.

Temporary Employees

Aventure provides employees on a temporary/contract basis to meet your short-term and long-term project needs. Payrolling

Aventure’s Vendor on Premises is designed to establish a strong partnership with those companies needing a business affiliate that will treat their business as their own. This program allows our clients to focus on their core business while we take responsibility for developing recruiting and retention programs that maintain a flexible and productive workforce.

Safety Consulting

Aventure’s Safety Consulting offers a full-range of services which include: OSHA required written programs, mandatory evaluations, hazard determinations, definitions, monitoring and record keeping as set forth in 29 CFR1910, Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry. Our risk and safety department includes our Risk Manager who has completed the 30-hour OSHA training course.

Training in Workers’ Compensation investigation and injury is also available to assist your business in controlling costs which can easily affect your bottom line.
