That’s why we have spent so much time developing our screening process and partnered it with an effective retention program. Our advanced screening processes and outstanding customer service ensure that you, our client, are working with skilled employees who will make a positive impact within your organization.

Screening Process

Our reputation for quality staffing is firmly established by our stringent hiring standards. All applicants submit to an extensive employee screening process:

  • A detailed application
  • Extensive interview. At the time of registration, each applicant is screened in a one-on-one interview with one of our experienced Employment Service Representatives (ESR).
  • Assessments and Training. Depending on applicant type, we may require additional assessments or provide additional training to our potential field employees.
  • Scheduled follow-up orientation. In a follow-up orientation, an Aventure ESR reviews our handbook and policies, procedures and benefits. The applicant also completes a general safety orientation including proper lifting and the importance of PPE. Because we know that a reliable workforce is key to our customer’s success, no-shows to the follow-up are removed from the active applicant pool.
  • Background checks. Currently, Aventure uses EZ Screen for background checks when requested by the client company.
  • Drug Screening. All members of our staff are certified to perform drug tests. We provide a variety of tests ranging from a 4-panel to 10-panel drug screen. If screening results are suspect, a secondary test is submitted to a lab for a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to assess. Drug screening is only performed when requested by the client company.
  • E-Verify. All applicants are sent through the E-Verify to verify that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Site-Specific Orientations. Aventure offers site-specific orientations. Applicants are sent through specific paperwork or videos at the request of the client company.
